Laurel A. LaGatta is a founding shareholder of the Winchester law firm Ashton Turner LaGatta, P.C., where she specializes in the representation of large and small property management firms in landlord-tenant related matters, including but not limited to the development of properties, leasing, and eviction actions. She has successfully litigated simple and complex matters in the Housing, District, and the Appeals Courts in Massachusetts on behalf of residential landlords.
After graduating from Suffolk University Law School in 2003, she worked for the Law Office of Edmund C. Grant representing buyers, sellers and lenders in residential real estate matters. In 2012 she joined the law firm of Ashton Law, P.C. in Winchester focusing on Landlord Tenant related matters. In 2022, she joined the law firm of AMPS Law, P.C., before opening Ashton Turner LaGatta, P.C. in 2023.
