
Mark Donovan, Esq.
Mark Donovan is an Associate at Ashton Turner LaGatta, P.C., and was admitted to the bar in 2023. Prior to joining Ashton Turner LaGatta, P.C., Mark worked as a Finance Associate at a firm in Boston, where he represented banks, private lenders, and government agencies in the drafting and negotiation of Loan and Security Agreements, Loan Modification Agreements, and various loan, security, and ancillary documents.
Mark specializes primarily in landlord/tenant law, where he advises and represents clients on a wide variety of matters landlords face, such as 93A Demand Letters, leasing, and evictions. In addition, Mark is passionate about comprehensively researching niche issues his clients face and providing individualized advice to suit each client’s particular needs. Mark’s admission to the New Hampshire Bar is currently pending.
Mark graduated Cum Laude from Boston College Law School in 2023, where he was a Staff Writer, Editor, and Training Management Editor for the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter Digest. Prior to law school, Mark attended the College of the Holy Cross, where he competed on their Moot Court team. When not in the office, Mark enjoys running through Boston with his wife, playing the piano and guitar, and watching New England sports.
