Cody Mock, Esq.

Cody is an Associate at Ashton Turner LaGatta P.C. and was admitted to the bar in 2023. Prior to practicing as an attorney, Cody worked as a law clerk researching and drafting documents related to a variety of issues across multiple practice areas. Cody focuses on working collaboratively to meet common goals and provide clients with personalized advice on issues both large and small, ranging from reviewing and revising both commercial and residential Lease Agreements to negotiating and drafting settlement agreements. With a focus on communication and understanding, Cody is

passionate about working with clients and opposing parties to best meet each party needs and find fair, practical solutions. When not in the office, Cody enjoys writing and playing music, working with technology, and creating art.

Cody graduated from New England Law | Boston in 2021, where he was a member of the Student Bar Association. Prior to law school, Cody attended Southern New Hampshire University, receiving a degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Law and Legal Process in 2018.
